How it works

The Natural Cycles app will alert you when it’s a good time to take a pregnancy test. Otherwise, we recommend the first day of your missed period. The at-home test strips use a urine sample and reveal results within three minutes. When you upload a positive result, the Natural Cycles app will automatically switch to NC° Follow Pregnancy.
